Banana Strawberry, Blueberry smoothie

Makes: 1 Serving.


  1. One banana
  2. 4 Medium Sized Strawberries
  3. Handful of Blueberries
  4. 4 Tbsp’s of dried milk



  1. Blend banana, strawberries, and blueberries into a puree
  2. Pour puree onto fruit roll sheet and dehydrate until crisp/bark
  3. Break pieces up and put them into a container
  4. Place the container in the freezer for the night
  5. The next day, place the pieces back into the blender and blend until smoothie powder
  6. Add 4 tbsp’s of powdered milk and smoothie powder to 1 cup of cold water
  7. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes
  8. Stir again and drink


This is absolutely delicious.  Tasted it this morning and drank it all.  I now can take smoothies with me on the trail.  🙂
