Banana Strawberry, Blueberry smoothie
Makes: 1 Serving.
Ingredients:
- One banana
- 4 Medium Sized Strawberries
- Handful of Blueberries
- 4 Tbsp’s of dried milk
Preparation:
- Blend banana, strawberries, and blueberries into a puree
- Pour puree onto fruit roll sheet and dehydrate until crisp/bark
- Break pieces up and put them into a container
- Place the container in the freezer for the night
- The next day, place the pieces back into the blender and blend until smoothie powder
- Add 4 tbsp’s of powdered milk and smoothie powder to 1 cup of cold water
- Stir and let sit for 5 minutes
- Stir again and drink
This is absolutely delicious. Tasted it this morning and drank it all. I now can take smoothies with me on the trail. 🙂
