Banana Strawberry, Blueberry smoothie Makes: 1 Serving. Ingredients: One banana 4 Medium Sized Strawberries Handful of Blueberries 4 Tbsp’s of dried milk Preparation: Blend banana, strawberries, and blueberries into a puree Pour puree onto fruit roll sheet and dehydrate until crisp/bark Break pieces up and put them into a container Place the container in the freezer for the night The next day, place the pieces back into the blender and blend until smoothie powder Add 4 tbsp’s of powdered milk and smoothie powder to 1 cup of cold water Stir and let sit for 5 minutes Stir again and drink This is absolutely delicious. Tasted it this morning and drank it all. I now can take smoothies with me on the trail. 🙂
